The populations she serves are individuals over age 64 and medically homebound adults over age 29. *A person is considered medically homebound if they have a medical condition or physical injury that causes considerable and taxing effort to leave the home. These individuals often require an assistive device to ambulate, personal care attendant help or specialized transportation.
